Boyz II Men, UB40, and Dave Headline a Stacked GrandWest Arena Spring

Cape Town's biggest indoor concert venue has a remarkable spring lineup. The Grand Arena at GrandWest — the city's primary large-scale indoor venue — hosts Ella Mai on April 21 and 22, Boyz II Men on May 12 (the R&B group's return to South Africa), UB40 featuring Ali Campbell on May 27, and British rapper Dave with The Boy Who Played the Harp Tour on June 2. The diversity across the lineup — contemporary R&B, classic reggae, UK grime, '90s harmony groups — is unusually strong for any single venue in any single season.

The Grand Arena is one of the largest indoor music venues in southern Africa, and its 2026 calendar also includes Ultra South Africa – Cape Town, Afrika Burn (though at Tankwa Karoo), and festival-scale programming at the V&A Waterfront.
